Stamping Peaches Challenge SPC010

Hello all! 

I am so excited to announce our first Stamping Peaches Challenge!

Me and the Gals got together and decided that our first challenge will be a with color.

With fall upon us Barbra Jean decided to pick some fall colors.


So here is the Challenge  

Here is my design

As I have stated before Fall is my favorite season, so this color challenge was up my alley.
So on with the information on my card.


First I started with a wild wasabi card base and added a second layer of pumpkin pie.For my third layer I applied with sponges pumpkin pie, daffodil delight and wild wasabi ink to the stripes embossing folder. For the last layer I took very vanilla and stamped the pumpkin for the Best of Autumn stamp set with staz on black. I colored in the stamped image with markers pumpkin pie, wild wasabi and sahara sand. The greeting came from the Best of Autumn stamp set also. To finish off the layer I added a pumpkin pie scallop border to the top and bottom of the very vanilla card stock and 3 daffodil delight candy dots (love these).

What A Beautiful Day In Ga

Wow what a beautiful day in GA.

I am so enjoying this fall weather. My windows have been open for 3 days now and I am loving it. So I am gearing up for our blog challenge that is starting this Monday. I can not believe it is already here. I am so pumped! My fellow stamping sisters and myself are hoping that this is as enjoyable for you as it has been for us so far. So excited to see all of your creations.

So it has taken me 3 days to figure out why my pictures would not load on my computer. Technology sometimes I just hate it. oh well on with some of the things to inspire you for fall...

So here is a goodie box I made with the pop and cut die. I saw the tutorial from Julie Davison. I also used the spider web embossing folder on the Stampin up core'dinaations paper. Sanded it to expose the color in the inside of the paper. I stamped the candy corns and the greeting from the stamp set Halloween Hello. I found these cute spider rings from the dollar store. Snip off the ring and you are in business. 

This is a fall banner I made a few years ago but I thought you might like it for inspiration. I used chip board for the base and added fall paper and ink to finish off my look. It is one of my favorite things I have made.

Now this is my work in progress for this fall. I have been seeing these for a few years and thought I would try it. So as soon as I am done I will get the full picture up but here is where it is so far.

So fall has come and so has our homeschooling routine. Well this year I have a high school student and that means there is much more to do. With that being said I am behind on my posts. I will be endeavoring to get better at this.
